What is good cardio?

I get lots of questions asking if a particular kind of cardio equipment is good. First of all, I dont recommend buying ANY equipment. Man, go sprinting in a track, is way better than cardio. Do your research If you are not overweight you should do Sprints.
Just google about sprints.

Very Informative. Your emphasis on a minimum of 20 min has motivated me to keep my Cardio around 20-25, I am really bad at cardio, but I know I’ll get better. Thanks for sharing the knowledge!

i go to the gym every second day and i do running 10-15 mins cycling 5-10 mins and rowing 10-15 mins i was wondering if rowing is a good cardio exercise cause if its not ill put my time rowing into the bike or the treadmill..

Generaly how you work out a safe max heart rate is to take your age from 220.
Eg. 220-13(your age)=207 <– this is your max safe heart rate unless your overweight or have a heart condition.

Sprinting is cardio, cardio stands for cardiovascular which is to do with the heart, so if your heart rate goes up because of sprinting, it is cardio.

scooby, i saw another video about nutrition from you where you talked about 5 meals a day…. i have a question about that? i cant bring meals to school so i could really only eat breakfast lunch and dinner…. im probly gonna try to fit one meal in inbetween the lunch and dinner do u have any other suggestions

the 40 mins cardio, is it ok to
10 mins run ( jog ) 5 mins walking ( bit faster than normal tempo )
another 10 mins run, again 5 mins walking and the last 10 mins run but a bit faster previous runs…?
also about another vid, you say with the push ups 2 secs down and 2 secs up, is it also good to go 2 secs down, stay that position for 2 secs and back 2 secs up??
