Many people may be discouraged from purchasing the Ab Coaster, due to the fact that it is on the more pricey side. However, I would like to say that it is indeed expensive but I would not say that it is over priced. In life, you get what you pay for. The quality and effectiveness of this piece of equipment definitely justifies the price of the Ab Coaster.

On one hand, this machine very much mimics the same sort of workout you would get from hanging leg raises. However, I know from personal experience that this can be an extremely difficult and uncomfortable workout on it's own. However, with the Ab Coaster you can get the same intense workout in a much more comfortable position without any strain on the back, arms, or neck whatsoever.

Ironically, what is truly unique about the Ab Coaster, is that it actually does what it is meant to do. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about many other ab machines I have purchased in the past.
The Ab Coaster gives you a complete abdominal workout. When I say complete, I really do mean complete. The Ab Coaster targets both your upper abs as well as lower abs. Also, with a simple adjustment of the knee pad you can workout your obliques as well.

Overall, I am extremely happy with my Ab Coaster. I feel that it was worth every dollar that it cost me. If working your way to great looking abs is a priority for you, then I highly recommend this piece of equipment.
