He started out with a good body that probably only had around 20Lbs of extra fat.
So! He could conveniently lose that fat with diet concentrating on fruits and vegetables and a small amount of meat. Mostly fish like tuna or perhaps chicken or beef. I wouldn’t say turkey unless you eat it after you’ve already worked out because it’s got a sleep agent in it. He was already built so it wasn’t a big stretch at all for him to do this in 6 weeks. It’s normal all the way around.
I believe that’s the one with those fixed arms that pivot on a circular axis but don’t extend.
That is the major problem there. Also, it has no lat tower and I believe no ‘floor’ pulleys which would be quite important for a huge variety of differing exercises.
As advanced as they may be, the spriral flex Bowflex machines are quite limitting in the variations because the arms don’t extend and no lat tower or floor pulleys.
The Ultimate 2 is better.
That was a review? That sounded like an infomercial. It seems like he just wants you to visit his site, so you can click on the link to Bowflex and/or use his promo code so he can get some sort of kickback. As far as being in shape goes, he has quite the double chin going on in the video which again leads me to believe he’s just trying to make a couple bucks. Not to mention that his “after” pictures look more like “before he got fat” pictures. I’m still looking for a genuine video review.. next.
